Custom Pet Portraits

Custom pet portraits are a beautiful way to commemorate your pet. Whether you're looking for a vibrant, expressive piece or a more realistic portrayal, I work closely with you to ensure the final artwork is a beautiful reflection of your companion.

Process

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your custom pet portrait. Once booked, you can send the necessary photos and I will provide a mock-up for your approval. After you confirm the design, the remaining 80% of the balance is due. Payments are accepted via Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.

Deposit

After paying the deposit, please send photos of the subject for the portrait, whether it’s a pet, person, or combination. Different angles and perspectives are helpful, with photos ideally taken at the subject’s level—not too close or far away. High-quality images are preferred, but I can work with what you have, even if they’re lower quality. If you're unsure of what to send, simply provide what you can. Additionally, a brief description of the subject’s personality or story would be greatly appreciated!

Mock Up Creation

I will create mock-ups using your photos, experimenting with various compositions, perspectives, and subjects (for multiple portraits). You’ll also choose a gradient background, combining two colours to find the one that best suits your subject and home.

Creation

Once I’ve completed the initial mockup and received your approval, I’ll begin bringing your portrait to life. My process is rooted in a commitment to quality and attention to detail, ensuring that each piece truly captures the essence of your pet. My goal is to deliver a piece that meets and exceeds your expectations, creating a lasting and meaningful artwork for you to cherish.

Delivery

Each portrait is created using either acrylics on gallery-wrapped canvas or pastels on premium pastel paper. Acrylic paintings arrive ready to hang, while pastel portraits are securely packaged flat between sturdy cardboard for safe delivery. Framing instructions are included to ensure a stunning and effortless display.
